You’re not looking for someone to tell you what’s going to happen. What you’re looking for is to make sense of what’s happening in your life right now.

Every so often I send you an astrological update: what’s shifting in the sky, which archetype it activates, and the reflection questions it opens up. A five-minute read.
No predictions. No telling you what to do.
If what you’re after is someone telling you how your month’s going to go, this isn’t for you.
It started as curiosity.
You read your sun sign. Then your rising sign. Then your moon — and that’s when you really started to recognise yourself.
So you started following accounts. Downloaded an app. And now you know about everything: the eclipse, the new moon, Mercury retrograde, the transit coming next March.
You know exactly what’s happening in the sky. What no one explains is what you’re supposed to do with it.
And without noticing, information turned into alarm. You read that a hard transit is coming and start running through everything that could fall apart: your job, your relationship, money, the health of someone you love. Bracing for the worst of something that hasn’t even happened yet.
Then the date passes and you’re still the same. More data, same questions.
The problem isn’t astrology.
It’s that it reached you like the morning news. Twenty minutes of things happening, none of them within your reach. You end up alert, informed, and with nowhere to put any of it.
What’s going to happen to me?
The first is a headline. It might be right or it might not, and either way it leaves you waiting.
What is this I’m living through, and what can I do about it?
The second is a language. It lets you work through what you’re feeling, and see it clearly.
Saturn moving through your seventh house doesn’t necessarily mean you’re about to split up, or get engaged. It means something in the way you bond is being tested: what you keep out of habit, what you take for granted, what you’ve called commitment, which might be something else entirely.
That’s what I do here.
How this looks in your actual life:
An ordinary Tuesday you wake up off, and instead of thinking something’s wrong with you, you understand what’s stirring inside you.
You argue with your mum again, about the same thing, and for the first time you recognise the pattern — not just the usual row.
A retrograde arrives and you stop waiting for it to end. You ask yourself: what is this showing me? What is it inviting me toward?
I’m Paula.
In 2020 I started studying psychology, and in 2021 I moved from Colombia to London. I arrived full of excitement, full of hope, and full of uncomfortable emotions I couldn’t make sense of. I asked a friend to read my birth chart, knowing nothing about astrology myself. I just wanted her to help me shake it off.
She told me about Saturn moving through my twelfth house, and for the first time the discomfort had a name: grief, the loss of the familiar, my entire structure changing overnight.
I didn’t get rid of it. I moved through it, integrated it, and grew from it.
That day I understood what astrology is actually for: it’s a language for untangling the inner world. Years of studying astrology in depth followed.
In 2023 I studied analytical psychology, which connects the language of archetypes to the psyche, and in 2025 I qualified as a coach.
Psychology gave me the structure. Astrology gave me the language. Coaching gave me the way to accompany people.

I’m not going to tell you what astrology says is going to happen.
I’ll tell you the archetypes at play and show you how to reflect on them and use them in your life.
