About Me

I’ve always been guided by curiosity—questioning everything and seeking a deeper understanding of the world, society, technology, and, most importantly, human nature. With over 15 years of experience in IT consultancy and a strong academic background in technology, I built a solid and fulfilling professional path. Yet, alongside this technical journey, my search for balance and clarity led me to explore a wide range of fields: comparative religions, esotericism, cognitive behavioural psychology, analytical psychology, quantum physics, astrology, health coaching, and bio-emotional decoding (so far).

Originally from Colombia, I moved to London just as the world was navigating a profound shift. This change brought growth, challenges, and invaluable lessons. I see life as a continuous process of self-discovery—reinventing different versions of myself along the way. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I firmly believe that we all carry them within ourselves.

Through this journey, I realised two fundamental truths: first, living in alignment with your unique and essential Self is the key to fulfilment; second, realignment with that Self requires the right tools, applied in the right way. Along the way, I’ve gathered tools that have helped me reconnect with my true Self time and again, gaining insight into how and when to use them effectively. This experience inspired me to create Self by Paula—a space to share this knowledge with those seeking a fuller life and who are truly committed to their personal evolution.
