The Programme
The programme includes:
- 🌀 One-to-one sessions (online): Gentle, structured conversations to explore your goals, habits, and current circumstances
- 🧭 Personalised wellbeing tools: Nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress support tailored to your lifestyle and goals
- 💬 Ongoing support: WhatsApp check-ins and emails between sessions to keep you grounded and inspired
This is not about fixing you. It’s about walking beside you as you remember your wholeness.

This programme is for you if:
- You have a genuine interest in improving your health and wellbeing through compassionate, personalised support
- You’re able to commit around 1.5 hours per week, over 6 or 8 weeks, for online sessions and reflective practices
- You’re open to sharing honest feedback and a testimony at the end of the programme, helping to shape and strengthen this offering for others
You don’t need to have everything figured out, just a willingness to show up for yourself, gently and consistently.
